How to check your Spanish Yoigo credit level

If you would like to check the credit level on your Spanish Yoigo Pay as You Go mobile phone, follow the following instructions:

– Type the following code *111# and then press the call button. The first balance check is free and the rest are charged at €0.15 plus taxes.

If you need to top up your Yoigo Pay as You Go mobile phone, click here to top up credit online immediately.

  3. Twice this week I topped up my yoigo phone with credit , once last week with 10 euros and again today with 5 euros and when I checked my credit it was all but gone , I made 2 local calls and 3 text msgs , why has my credit vanished ??

      Hi Bryan,

      I cannot really say where all your credit has gone. Do you know the price of the calls on your particular tariff?

      Maybe check the credit before and after a particular call and see what the balance is and see what you are being charged by the operator for each call and check against your tariff and price for each particular call.

      If you feel you are being overcharged, contact Yoigo directly and explain that you believe you have been overcharged for a call.

    Hi, I topped up my Internet on the 27th August and got confirmation From 22622 that I would have access but nothing ,Why?, haven’t had roaming access since then, today is the 31st Yoigo is due to take €8 from my credit to night for my monthly access. Will I have access then, how do I get my €5 top up refunded.

    I have a Haewii mifi and therefore can’t call the *111# number from it, I notice someone asked about a dongle, but when I click on the link about sending SMS messages nothing comes up. What do I need to send in the SMS to get the current balance. Many thanks
